What I can do to alleviate the pain crotch and bum ride my bike?
I ride every day about 10 miles and when I'm riding horse and done, my butt and crotch hurt bad. It's almost a bit numb. I wear Padded Bike Shorts and I have a suspension seat that bounces when you bounce. I tried the gel seat covers but he did worse. Any idea what else I can do? I've been traveling for two weeks, but the custom away the pain. Is there can put some cream on? I know it sounds gross ... but I'm desperate
