bicycle seat covers - any idea where I can buy one?

I was in Amsterdam recently and saw a lot of bright waterproof seat covers bicycle, not in the store or bought me one, obviously, been looking online and can not find one, only the type pad. flatcapper1: excellent link, thanks!
