Bike Floor Pump Gauge

It is flat / hand pump or foot pump better?
I am buying for my bike hit, I wonder what is the best style of the pump between the hand and foot. Do you have a of the two full faster? Does any of the two is more convenient? Does anyone of you can fill up to a higher pressure? For particular models, I'm looking Schwinn foot pump with pressure gauge and pump Bell Flat.
Floor pumps are almost always 'better' ... Hand pumps are really only most useful when portability becomes a factor because they are obviously much easier to throw into the package to assemble a bomb would land. floor pumps filled faster and their guides will be more accurate. Hand pumps fit in the bag and give you a choice whenever you are.
